1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all sales of products made through the website in favor of consumers (each a “Customer”). The Terms are available at any time on the website and prevail over any other conflicting version or document.
The Customer represents that they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
2. PRODUCTS
Hydrox Detail offers vehicle cleaning and protection kits, ceramic sprays, and related accessories (“Products”). Essential characteristics of Products (descriptions, photos, composition) are available on their respective product pages. Images are illustrative and may vary slightly from the actual Product due to display settings.
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Offers are valid while Products remain listed on the website and within available stock. If a Product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer will be promptly informed and may choose between:

a refund within 2 business days, or

a substitute Product of equivalent value.
4. ORDER
To place an order, the Customer must:

select Products and add them to the cart;

Order confirmation by email constitutes acceptance of the order by Hydrox Detail, which reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud).
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

Prices are indicated in U.S. dollars (USD), including applicable taxes (if any), excluding shipping costs, which will be displayed before order confirmation. Hydrox Detail may modify prices at any time, but the prices in effect at the time of the order confirmation will apply.

Payments are securely processed. No full credit card information is stored by Hydrox Detail.
6. SHIPPING
6.1 Shipping Areas
Hydrox Detail ships to the United States. For international shipping outside the USA, contact support@hydroxdetail.com.
6.2 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are 4–6 business days from order confirmation, subject to availability. Hydrox Detail is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
6.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed to the Customer before payment, based on the chosen method.
6.4 Delivery Issues
In case of delay, loss, or damaged packaging, the Customer must report the issue to the carrier and to Hydrox Detail within 48 hours of delivery.
7. RETURN POLICY
Under U.S. standard consumer practices (which vary by State), the Customer generally has a right to return unused Products within 60 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, the Customer must email support@hydroxdetail.com. Products must be returned within 60 days after the return notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise required by local law. Refunds will be issued within 60 days after Hydrox Detail receives the returned Product.

8. WARRANTIES
Products benefit from the legal warranties that apply under U.S. law, including protection against defects in materials and workmanship. If a Product is non‑conforming or defective, the Customer should contact support@hydroxdetail.com. Additional warranties (manufacturer or extended) may apply where offered.
9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Personal data collected is processed according to the Privacy Policy available on the website. In the U.S., privacy rights vary by State (e.g., CCPA/CPRA in California). Customers may exercise applicable rights (access, correction, deletion) by contacting support@hydroxdetail.com.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Hydrox Detail is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of Products. Hydrox Detail’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the order. Hydrox Detail is not responsible for the Customer’s failure to comply with local laws or regulations.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Hydrox Detail is not responsible for non‑performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, pandemics).
12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
